Account deletion

1. How to delete

In UNMD open Profile → Delete account → Verify identity and delete. Authenticate using an Apple or Google account already linked to UNMD. After server confirmation the account is deleted and the app signs out. Normal deletion does not require a separate email or call. Deletion is irreversible.

2. What is removed and retained

The profile, email, provider links, consent records and UNMD sessions are removed. The server revokes Apple/Google authorisations and retries temporary failures. Orders are unlinked; payment and operational records may be retained on lawful grounds described in the policy. Refunds are not automatic. Signing in again creates a new account without restoring the previous history.

3. Active orders and receipts

When deletion is confirmed, the app first saves protected receipts for active orders on this iPhone. After deletion, open them without signing in under Orders for up to 30 days after the later of account deletion or the end of pickup. Receipts are not restored by signing into a new account or transferred to another phone. Save the order number for support. Deletion does not initiate a refund; the server checks and cancels unpaid orders. An active order does not block deletion. Uninstalling the app does not delete the server account.
