1. Service and sellers

UNMD is a platform operated by Товарищество с ограниченной ответственностью «Solomon partners», business ID 140640000376. It provides a catalog of venue offers, order placement, payment and collection information, and service support. The food seller is the venue identified in the offer and order. The seller is responsible for product information, ingredients and allergens, quality, safety, expiry and handover. The platform operator remains responsible for its own duties and handles requests about UNMD. These terms do not exclude or limit any party’s mandatory liability under Kazakhstan law.

2. Account

Sign in with Apple or Google using your own account. Keep collection codes private. Offers can be browsed without signing in. Account deletion is available in Profile. Fraudulent orders, bypassing controls and illegal listings are prohibited. Access restrictions do not remove your statutory rights for paid orders.

3. Price, order and collection

The item price, quantity and total are shown in tenge before payment. Check the venue, address and collection window. Stock is limited and an unpaid reservation may expire. Payment opens in a banking app through the Kaspi button or QR code; check the amount and recipient on the bank screen before confirming. QR compatibility depends on the banking app. Publishing the operator’s bank details is not an instruction to transfer money outside an order.

An order is marked paid after the server receives bank confirmation. Returning from a bank app, scanning a QR code or closing a screen does not confirm payment or cancellation. If you were charged but the status has not changed, do not pay again: refresh the order and contact support. Orders are collected from the venue using a code during the stated window.

4. Discounts and information

A discount does not remove food safety or quality requirements. Expired products must not be sold. Before purchase, check ingredients, allergens, expiry and seller information; ask the venue or support if details are missing. Photos and descriptions must match the offer; confirming an order does not waive your right to raise a complaint about a mismatch.

5. Cancellation and disputes

The collection and refund rules apply. You may first contact the seller or UNMD support without losing the right to contact an authority or court. Kazakhstan law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Changes to terms do not reduce existing statutory rights relating to orders.
